HRAGC is pleased to announce the 2026 spring offering of the

SHRM^® CERTIFICATION STUDY PREP SEMINAR WITH A PRO

We have been able to secure Dr. Maria Manus Painchaud, SHRM-SCP, SPHR again to facilitate the HRAGC study prep seminar open to our members, SHRM^®affiliate chapter members, their friends and colleagues. HRAGC was recognized as 2025 SHRM Learning System Champion because of Dr. Painchaud’s seminars. The SHRM^® Spring Testing window is May 1, 2026 through July 15, 2026. The seminar is designed for maximum preparation.

The study group will meet VIRTUALLY, via GoToMeeting. Live sessions will be held; this is NOT considered an online course. The schedule for the study prep seminar will be comprised of 10 sessions in an executive format to maximize the learning experience (3 Tuesdays & 2 Mondays):

SHRM Learning System^® materials as well as new and updated additional resources prepared by Drs. Maria Manus and Steven Painchaud and their respective expertise, will be included in the cost of the seminar. A discount is offered to members of HRAGC and state SHRM^® affiliate chapter members.

Dr. Maria Manus Painchaud has been a long time member of HRAGC and has been integral in assisting many HR professionals throughout New Hampshire and Northern Massachusetts in preparing and successfully passing the SHRM certification. Over the past 25 years, Dr. Painchaud’s course participants have enjoyed a significantly higher pass rate than the national average. With the launch of new SHRM competency based certification in January 2015, the participant pass rates from Dr. Painchaud's course far exceeded the national average. For prep courses offered through HRAGC since Spring 2017, Dr. Painchaud has facilitated an average of over 88% SHRM-CP and 90% SHRM-SCP pass rates. This is credited to the approach, additional content specifically developed in conjunction with the SHRM Learning System® and test taking techniques Maria shared with her participants. Her commitments to advancing the HR profession and preparing HR professionals to deal with the challenges of the 21st century are well documented.

Virtual Meetings are held from 8:00-9:30 am. We ask that presenters login at 7:45 am to prepare for the meeting start and to send any specific marketing materials to your HRAGC Marketing liaison.

Hybrid Meetings begin at 8:00 am. We ask that presenters arrive by 7:45 am to allow ample time to prepare for your introduction and distribute any specific marketing materials.

Additionally, if you provide a small door prize (example: book, gift card, promotional items, etc.) you will be able to keep all the contact information for the people who enter the raffle.

We are pleased to announce our April program of Practical Application of AI in the Work Environment. Our program aligns with our program year theme: Creating Connections – Building Bridges … Together. This meeting will be a hybrid held in person at NEEBCO (New England Employee Benefits Company) Conference Center, 19 Chenell Drive #1, Concord NH. Attendees can park anywhere on the property that does not have a designated parking sign and with a virtual alternative through GoToWebinar. You will be able to select your attendance preference at time of registration.
