This Webinar aligns with our program year theme: Moving Forward, What’s Next?  As a result of COVID, we have all experience the impact personally and professionally. We are still navigating this uncertain, unclear, and often times chaotic situation without a roadmap. Most HR professionals have pivoted from a somewhat routine workplan to changing directions by the minute due to the impact of COVID. Jon will provide techniques and insight on how you have the ability to regain control in a positive manner which will result in higher effectiveness.

The identity, habits, and choices of a healthy leader determine the rhythm and effectiveness of your days. What’s powerful about modern research into human patterns is that most of our worst traits can be transformed and our best selves can be emphasized. In this interactive workshop, participants will learn the difference between balance and prioritization, the power of identity, how to build new habits, and the techniques for making impactful choices at work and at home that drive more of the daily experience you want.

OUTCOMES

Participants will

  • Gain insight on refocusing and repositioning oneself to be positive and our best self.
  • Learn techniques to better understand themselves in order to help develop and manage effective relationships with key stakeholders to influence organizational behavior and outcomes.
  • Understand how transforming our traits into our best selves will help develop and manage workplace practices consistent with the organizations mission, vision, values, and ethics.
