DESCRIPTION

The past five years have presented HR professionals with some uncharted challenges to navigate. This panel will focus on aligning your total rewards program with the changing landscape. Prior to COVID-19, there was a lot of attention given to the “war on talent”. Now our focus is on retention, how do we keep those talented employees and foster high engagement through the relationship to the organization’s total rewards programs. The panelists will share current situations and successful approaches to retaining high performance employees.

OUTCOMES

This program will provide HR professionals with a better understanding regarding:

  • the connection between employee retention strategies and practices and the organization’s total rewards program.
  • techniques for analyzing and evaluating compensation strategies that attract, reward & retain talent.
  • practices for analyzing and evaluating benefit strategies that attract, reward & retain talent.
  • impact of the external labor markets, economic, and competitive factors.
