We are pleased to announce our April program of Practical Application of AI in the Work Environment. Our program aligns with our program year theme: Creating Connections – Building Bridges … Together. This meeting will be a hybrid held in person at NEEBCO (New England Employee Benefits Company) Conference Center, 19 Chenell Drive #1, Concord NH. Attendees can park anywhere on the property that does not have a designated parking sign and with a virtual alternative through GoToWebinar. You will be able to select your attendance preference at time of registration.

DESCRIPTION

Small and single‑person HR teams often carry the weight of an entire organization’s people strategy on their shoulders. This session will explore how AI—specifically Microsoft Copilot—can become a force multiplier for HR professionals who need to do more with limited time and resources. Attendees will learn how AI can streamline everyday tasks, enhance communication, support data‑driven decision‑making, and free up capacity for the strategic, human‑centered work that matters most.

Through a live show‑and‑tell format, Nathan will demonstrate real examples of how Copilot can be used across the online platform and within Microsoft’s AI‑powered creative suite. From drafting policies and job descriptions to generating training materials, analyzing engagement trends, and elevating internal communications, participants will see firsthand how accessible and transformative AI can be. Whether you’re an HR department of one or simply looking to amplify your impact, this session will offer practical tools and inspiration you can put to work immediately.

OUTCOMES

This program will provide HR professionals with insights into:

  • The impact of external changes and how we need to adapt internally
  • An appropriate integration of AI in the work environment
  • The benefits of using AI properly in the work environment
